MedCircle is where healthcare providers connect with patients, family, friends and colleagues through a confidential, private digital network. Creative27 was tasked with defining & designing the multi-platform digital product.
The Research & Discovery Phase with UXD
We kicked off this project by conducting research to discover and understand how people & medical providers would use the MD Circle app. Then, we outlined key UX scenarios, screens, features, and funnels that aligned to the app’s top use cases across its mobile, tablet and web versions.
The Mobile, Tablet and Website User Design Phase
Once our research and UXD was complete, we designed a sleek, stunning UI for the MD Circle’s mobile, tablet and website. Our goal to create a consistent, intuitive and well branded experience across all of MD Circle’s marketing channels came to life.
